Carefully place the leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from potential transit damage.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
